DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Mobile Home Community Manager Team in Washington State. This motivated team will act much like a Mayor, Supervisor, Gardener, Maintenance & take a hands-on approach in any necessary duties to accomplish objectives. We are looking to employ long-term employees with strong ETHICS & INTEGRITY, as well as company loyalty and a great attitude. This position provides a wonderful manager's house, including paid utilities, generous home sales bonuses, gas allowance and a health insurance reimbursement program. This Mobile Home Community allows pets upon approval.

REQUIREMENTS:

Work hours are a normal weekdays with weekends off (except as needed for appointments and possible emergencies). Individuals must possess an attitude of self-motivation, problem-solving and hands-on approach to the task and objectives of the moment. Maintenance is one of the biggest issues. Tasks include mowing lawns in common areas; trimming trees and shrubs; contacting the appropriate contractor in the event of an emergency; overseeing all aspects of the community. Being able to prioritize work and budget for the community needs is essential. Applicants must apply as a team and live on-site in management provided home. Computer & maintenance skills are required.

South Texas Premier Hunting Ranch Seeks Couple

He would be responsible for all Lodge maintenance to include:

Up keep of lawn, shrubs, and trees
Pool/Spa Care
Irrigation System
Windows (inside and out)
Power washing decks, driveway etc...
Changing filters, light bulbs, dusting rafters
Would also assist with general ranch maintenance like filling feeders, checking cameras, kennel duties, waterline repair etc...
During hunting season would be required to assist where ever, when ever needed working  7 days a week.  

She would work approx. 30 hrs weekly (more hours during hunting season) cleaning/maintaining  the interior of the lodge.  Duties may include; floors, laundry, bathrooms, making beds, doing dishes basic household chores as well as deep cleaning.

Couple must be experienced in property maintenance, must be energetic, work well as part of a team, and be hard working.  Hunting Ranch/Guiding experience a big +.  She must be a fast and thorough worker with Immaculate house keeping skills.  She must also be experienced cooking for groups up to 25 as this may also be required during hunting season.

Couple will live on site and will report to Ranch Manager who also lives on site.  Weekend work is mandatory and long hours required during hunting season.

Hourly Compensation, furnished 3/2 newer single-wide mobilehome with all utilities paid, and benefits.  Due to remote location and work environment, this position is not suited for couples with children of any age.

Ranch is 45 minutes north of Laredo Texas.

REQUIREMENTS: Must be able to lift 40 lbs., bend and be able to work any day of the week, anywhere from one to five hours a day.

You would stay in our peaceful, lakeside seasonal RV camping area. Campground is on a beautiful lake and the grounds are very landscaped and clean, making for a great working and living environment! Sorry, no dogs. Site includes winter storage, water and sewer.
