Resident Apartment Manager/Maintenance (Couple) - Outside of Dallas, TX
WHY DO WE SHOW EXPIRED LISTINGS?
We are looking for a Resident Apartment Manager to manage a small apartment complex in a small town just outside Dallas, Texas. The manager’s compensation will include a salary and free on site 3 bedroom apartment with free cable, internet, telephone and water utilities. One week paid vacation after one year of service and performance based bonus. The resident manager collects rents and prepares the monthly Rent Rolls and Expense Reports, makes weekly Bank Deposits, shows property to prospective tenants. Performs background checks and executes lease. Accept work orders from the tenants and responds to the tenant's problems/issues etc. Performs "Make Ready" of the vacated apartments and will include cleaning, painting etc. Plumbing repairs like changing garbage disposals, faucets, simple drain clogs, installs water heaters. Performs minor carpentry work to repair doors, door jamb, change out door locks, paints railings, doors, windows, replace window blinds. Keep the "Laundry Room" clean and collect money from the coin boxes. Lawn mowing using the small tractor and associated lawn care. Install Electric ranges, Dishwashers and Refrigerators. Experience to repair and install HVAC units will be considered a plus. Ideal for retired or semi-retired couple, retired military. All applicants will be considered. Camp Hosts at Applegate Lake, Oregon

Beginning May 10th. we will have (1) opening for a Camp-Host on Applegate Lake. If you ever wanted to live on a lake in the mountains, this may be your opportunity? We are looking for an outgoing couple (2-people) to help manage our campground. You will need your own living arrangements (RV/ Trailer / 5th wheel). Responsibilities are varied (mow lawn, clean bathroom, etc) but average approximately 2-3 hours per day. This is a non-paying position, but I will cover all your normal utility expenses (electric, water, sewer). You can also use our free wireless Internet at the General Store. If you're looking to make a few extra bucks, there is also an opportunity to fill-in some hours working at our General Store. It's not a lucrative position, but it's low-stress job of selling Snickers Bars and campsites, while over-looking our peaceful lake. Please email.
