Hi-Pines Campground,  the Premier Destination Campground in Wisconsin’s “Great Northwoods” is looking for 1-2 additional couples for the 2012 season. We had a couple who may be unable to fulfill their commitment due to a Family Emergency, and increased business will make it necessary to replace them, plus hire an additional couple to help us deliver the ultimate vacation experience for our guests.

Hi-Pines is a 150 site facility in Eagle River, with sites from Primitive to FHU, a Clubhouse with Beer, Pizza, and snacks, Aqua Play Zone, a Jumping Pillow, and a host of other amenities.We have a lot of new things planned for 2012, and we are the area's highest-rated campground by Woodall's, Trailer Life, and AAA, so we need your help to continue serving our customers well . 

Handyman / Grounds Keeper (Couple) - Madeira Beach, FL

Need a maintenance person / handyperson / groundskeeper for our motel. We are looking for someone with great plumbing experience, finish carpentry, light painting, who has a mr. fix-it aptitude for fixing things that are broken, and can maintain an easy landscape.

Plumbing is the most important and involves fixing leaking faucets (replacing washers and seats), toilets (flappers and broken handles), and leaking or clogged sink drains. A finish carpenter for some small projects is a must. There are always paint touchups and you will have to paint your carpentry projects. The repair aptitude is important when it comes to having the ability to fix anything; a chair, a table, a lamp, a door, phone cords… I stress aptitude, because fixing something you have never fixed is easy if you have the experience of fixing many things. It is a knack. The landscape work is mowing, trimming, raking, and more trimming, all the basic yard work required keeping the place looking nice.

This position is a live on-site position. We are offering a large studio apartment with all utilities (electric, wifi, cable, phone). You will be required to get the repairs done timely and above all in a manner that puts things back the same or better than it was. If you have to go into a room occupied by a guest then respectful, clean, “I actually know what I am doing” work is a must. We are a small medium sized motel (29 rooms) and in today’s tight market quality and affordability is our niche. We need to maintain our building and grounds in a very high manner. We need someone who not only has the ability, but has the pride.

Again, this position provides an on-site studio (one room apartment) with full kitchen. Also included will be a shop area to store your tools and manage parts inventory. It includes a salary as well. The salary is negotiable and will depend upon the person, at least $125 per week. This is a contract job, so you must be self-employed. The job orders will come from the hotel, but your work and schedule is autonomous. This work will not take up your full week by any means, but when something is broke or water is leaking, they need to be fixed. Small projects will be assigned to move the hotel forward. There will be large remodeling in the fall where the work will be full time, and obviously the pay will be adjusted accordingly. This job will allow you to have small outside handyman type jobs, but remember if you take a large outside job, you will disappoint that customer if you can’t be there 8 hours each day, and you will disappoint us if you don’t get the repairs done. You will lose both.

The person we are looking for is mature, a non-drinker (bluntly a non-drunk), non-smoker, presentable, leaves behind a clean quality job. All the above are a must as you will be living at our hotel. This is a great position for a recently semi-retired person. Nothing is hard, and nothing is strenuous, but everything is important.

Missouri Festival Park is located in Dixon, MO, Home of the longest running Bluegrass Festival west of ole Miss. and many more events. We have 300 grassy 30amp & water RV spaces and and 7 full hook-ups. The amenities on our 37-acre Music Fest RV Park includes activities like themed festivals, concerts, RV and Bus Rallies and much much more.  We are looking for outgoing, friendly couples to provide 20-25 hours each per week and will pay for extra hours assisting in the operation of the Festival Cafe include cafe operation, public relations, cleaning, answering phones, Cooking Festival Foods for 1 to 1,500, taking orders, beer and wine, to name a few. Domestic Couple Live-In - Stamford Connecticut

Looking for an experienced couple with solid references. This is a combination full time position for the Lady and a part time 4 month (may-September) position, for the Gentleman. The couple must be willing to live on the property year round.The gentleman is free to find another position from September on and return the following year to start his summer position in May. The lady must be an excellent housekeeper/laundress and a very good cook. The gentleman will be responsible for light maintenance on outside property, assist the lady in the house, do some Bar-b-queing, (outdoor kitchen by pool area),and help with serving. Both must drive, a car is provided and can be used for personal use for local driving on days off. The owners (husband and wife),also own property in New York City and Florida and therefore spend most of their time on long weekends in Stamford Ct, during the summer months.Couple will have their own separate cottage (kitchen,bedroom,bathroom),on the property. Family also employs landscaping and pool services. Salary will be based on experience and skills, along with the fact that the gentleman is only part time.The lady will recieve health insurance.
