MOBILE HOME COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT TEAM - Yakima, WA

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Mobile Home Community Manager Team in Yakima, WA. This motivated team will act much like a Mayor, Supervisor, Gardener, Maintenance & take a hands-on approach in any necessary duties to accomplish objectives. We are looking to employ long-term employees with strong ETHICS & INTEGRITY, as well as company loyalty and a great attitude. This position provides a wonderful manager's house, including paid utilities, generous home sales bonuses, gas allowance and a health insurance reimbursement program. This Mobile Home Community allows pets upon approval.

REQUIREMENTS:

Work hours are M-F 10am-4pm with 30 minute meal break & occasional weekend hours as needed for appointments and possible emergencies. Individuals must possess an attitude of self-motivation, problem-solving and hands-on approach to the task and objectives of the moment. Maintenance is one of the biggest issues. Tasks include mowing lawns in common areas; trimming trees and shrubs; contacting the appropriate contractor in the event of an emergency; overseeing all aspects of the community. Being able to prioritize work and budget for the community needs is essential. Applicants must apply as a team and live on-site in management provided home. Computer & maintenance skills are required. We offer excellent compensation & possible advancement opportunities. Candidates must pass a background and credit check, but perfect credit is not required.

Prior Property Management experience

Ability to effectively communicate with residents, vendors, employees and supervisors

Manage America software knowledge a plus, but willing to train

RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to:

Hire, train and motivate personnel

Rent Collection

Eviction process as necessary

Fill Vacancies (if applicable)

Home sales (if applicable)

Prepare Monthly reports

Maintain organized resident files

Enforce community rules/regulations and follow all applicable safety procedures

Promote positive resident relations through various programs; newsletters, activities, potlucks, etc.

Work effectively, cooperatively, and respectfully with co-workers, clients and other contacts

Our client has need for a full time Domestic Couple to live on site and cover all general maintenance and service to the home (approx. 8k ft. main house) and surrounding grounds.

Duties include all basic house cleaning, ironing, laundry, shopping and light cooking, assisting with employer's personal needs, and general upkeep and maintenance for the house and surrounding grounds. Candidates should be very healthy and able to work on all property related tasks over the long term.

Ideally the wife would be taking care of the housekeeping and cooking and the husband would be doing butler and driver responsibilities.

Our client has a need for a full time Domestic Couple to live on site and cover all general maintenance and service to the home (approx. 10,000 sq. ft.) and surrounding grounds.  The location is in Washington, DC.

Job Requirements:

• At lease 4 years related experience each working in a private estate
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience caring for fine art and antiques, fine garments and linens, and silver and brass
• Excellent references from both current and previous employers
• Strong culinary skills; ability to prepare meals and serve events and dinners as needed
• Working knowledge of all areas of property maintenance; initiative in tackling home projects hands-on 
• Flexible scheduling with flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Legally able to work in the United States

Duties Include:

Ideally the tasks would be split up between Driver/Butler tasks and Cooking/Housekeeping tasks

• Assisting with employer's personal needs, and general upkeep and maintenance for the house and surrounding grounds
• Candidates should be very healthy and able to work on all property related tasks over the long term
• Liaising with and overseeing vendors and contractors
• Provide hands-on housekeeping including all aspects of general and deep cleaning: laundry and ironing, cleaning of kitchen, bath, and living areas, organization of closets, pantries, etc., care for art, antiques, and fine furniture, etc.
• Maintain home for guest readiness at all times
• Planning fresh and healthy menus, preparing and serving daily meals as well as parties and events
• Driving family to appointments and engagements
• General handyman services and facilities / home maintenance tasks
• Maintaining household inventories; supply procurement including grocery shopping
• Maintaining complete indoor and outdoor appearance of the home
• Handling special requests and related duties as needed

This is a salaried position with paid housing on-site and candidates would be eligible for a discretionary end of year bonus.

Cabin Resort Housekeeping/Front Desk - near Steamboat Springs, CO

Duties include: housekeeping, front desk/reservations, light maintenance/repairs, snow removal using a tractor &/or a shovel.
