Both persons must be physically able to do housekeeping, laundry, cleaning, climb stairs and maintain interior and exterior of property.

Compensation includes a large one bedroom/sitting area and office/kitchen. All utilities as well as cable, internet, phone, water etc fully paid. Small salary and performance bonus's.

The day begins at approximately 7:45 am (breakfast for children) and continues through dinner at approximately 6:00 – 6:30 pm. Staff will have time for lunch and a short afternoon break if they so choose.

Mobile Home/RV Park Property Management Team - Red Bluff, CA (Los Molinos), CA

You will be responsible for your own health insurance and travel expenses and any other personal expenses. The start date for this job is flexible, sometime between March and April 2014.
