40 space family Mobile Home Park and adjoining 50 space RV park seeking Management Team to turnaround and oversee the day-to-day operations of both parks. Duties includes leasing mobile homes, collecting rents, issuing late notices, etc., in accordance with California Law, deposit rents, address and resolve resident complaints, conduct maintenance duties such as light maintenance, painting, routine mowing/landscape, electrical, plumbing, dry wall, etc., for park owned buildings and park owned homes. We are looking for an energetic, mature and self motivated individual or couple to help run our family owned plantation guesthouse, retreat center, heritage site and organic farm. This job requires you to be a jack of all trades and live and work in a communal/family setting in a foreign (independent) developing country for a period of 6 months in exchange for room and board and a modest stipend plus performance bonus.
