Office: Perform office management; supervise clerical staff, home rentals, contracts and financial reports to owners.

Maintenance: Supervise maintenance staff with pool, security, general repair, building and grounds upkeep.  Facility management should have knowledge of electrical and plumbing.  Applicant needs to be in good physical health, there will be hands on tasks.

22 Unit Inn/Motel in Santa Cruz (Immediate Opening), CA. Looking for a team of two to live on the property and manage daily operations. Answer phones, make reservations, greet customers, register guests, reconcile daily balance sheets, answer faxes, quote rates, light maintenance including grounds keeping and room inspections, inventory supplies, setup and break down continental breakfast, oversee housekeepers, and light laundry functions. Salary based on experience. Job includes a one bedroom apartment with full kitchen.

Work hours are M-F, 10am-4pm with a 30 minute lunch break and weekends off (except for occasional appointments, open houses, and possible emergencies). Individuals must possess an attitude of self-motivation.

QUALIFICATIONS:
