The job would include a small salary of 750 per month, an actual house as the managers quarters, and all utilities. Maintenance: Supervise maintenance staff with pool, security, general repair, building and grounds upkeep. Facility management should have knowledge of electrical and plumbing. Applicant needs to be in good physical health, there will be hands on tasks.
Compensation: On-site housing (28 x 80 Home/Office), utilities included.

REQUIREMENTS:
Work hours are M-F, 10am-4pm with a 30 minute lunch break and weekends off (except for occasional appointments, open houses, and possible emergencies). Individuals must possess an attitude of self-motivation.
We offer excellent compensation & possible advancement opportunities. Candidates must pass a background and credit check, but perfect credit is not required.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Computer skills required (Microsoft office)
Prior Property Management experience a plus, but not required.
Ability to effectively communicate with residents, vendors, employees and supervisors
