Couple for Assistant Manager Team of RV Park - Seattle, WA
WHY DO WE SHOW EXPIRED LISTINGS?
We are looking for a couple to work in the front office and maintenance of an RV Park near Seattle, WA. This is a very nice park with a mix of daily, weekly, and long term guests. These positions are full time positions. You must have your own RV to use as living quarters.
The position will be available approximately in early April. One person will work in the front office on the administrative side but also handle some light physical activities when needed. This person must be excellent in customer service and be capable of learning the computer based reservation system. They must be able to sell spaces both on the phone and in person. This person must have both the personal and technical skills to handle all administrative duties at the park along with some light physical duty. This requires the person must be in good physical shape, able to lift and fill propane tanks, and obtain a driver’s license recognized in the State of Washington.
The second person will be working Maintenance. and must be well rounded in all areas of RV Park Maintenance. These areas include but are not limited to Plumbing, Electrical, Carpentry, Landscaping, and Transporting and parking RV’s. This person must possess strong personal skills and work with guests in the park as a back-up for the administrative duties.
The salary of $500-$1,000/mo per person depends on experience but includes an RV space with hookups that include utilities, cable, and internet that is valued at $600/mo.

A pro-active attitude and response is required which requires: active participation in the school; setting expectations for attendance and performance; active participation in homework and enrichment programs; advocating for children’s needs; willingness to serve as a surrogate parent for special education needs.
4. Attend court, Administrative Case Reviews and related conferences as required.
5. Maintain timely and accurate records such as household budget, children's progress records, health records and periodic evaluations. Participate in on-going training and maintaining current certifications such as first aid and CPR, TCI, Med. Administration, etc.
6. Transporting children as needed, i.e., sibling visits, doctor visits, therapy groups, etc.Ms
7. All other tasks as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Must be at least 25 years of age.
2. High School diploma or equivalent, Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Kiva RV Park and Horse Motel is a quiet, mostly senior resident park. We are a pet friendly park, so loving animals is a must. This is a great area to explore the history of the west; day trips abound. We are close enough to Albuquerque for exploring "Old Town," nightlife, special events, etc. It is a short drive to three birding and wildlife areas.
We are located in the small community of Bernardo, NM. We have high desert views and are a nicely landscaped park with water garden pond, water features, landscaped islands between sites for added privacy. Join us for cooler summers than AZ, warm days and cool nigts.
We need working RVer couples who can start asap (1 couple now and one by early April or May) and work for at least a 4 month commitment or longer if everyone is happy. Work two days on and have five days off work. Compensation is a FHU RV site with W/E/S furnished, free laundry, and free unlimited wifi.
Duties are office, outdoor maintenance/landscaping, clubhouse, laundry, bathroom cleaning.

Part Time work camper position open for an RVing couple looking to settle down on the beautiful gulf coast of Texas.
Please read all of the job descriptions. One workcampers duties will be in Maintenance. The spring/summer season will be the busiest time with site maintenance (mowing, weed eating, etc. which will dominate your time in the summer) plus cleaning laundry room, restrooms, showers, office and club room. We also have cottages near by that will need cleaning when people vacate. At other times, you will focus on general campground maintenance an improvement projects. Duties may include light electrical, plumbing, hedge trimming, and general maintenance of common areas. You will also be asked to assist with special events/activities. Holidays are required. This work camper must be in good health and able to work in the Texas heat and humidity.
The 2nd work camper will be primarily managing the phone... answering questions,describing amenities, and showing available sites. Other responsibilities will be to receive deposits, collect rent, electric payments and some light bookkeeping and keeping up with emails. We work from a Manual Log sheet for the RV sites and cottages The office location is at Beacon RV Park This work camper will also be asked to assist with special events/activities. Holidays are required. There will be at times some light housekeeping of the office, laundry room, restrooms, showers and club house. Includes cleaning cottages.
