Program Directors/House Parents - Belton, TX

Private Therapeutic Group Home is looking for a live-in Program Director. Position is responsible for direct care and supervision of our adolescent male population with an average census of 7. Prefer a husband & wife team committed to making a positive impact on the lives of young men with behavioral and psychiatric issues.

Prior experience working with at risk youth or degree in related field preferred.

The facility is a 4500 sq. ft. home located on 12 acres with river frontage. House Parents/Program Directors live in a 3 bedroom, two bath part of the home and are on duty from 6pm Sunday to 6pm Friday; w/weekends off. Duties and responsibilities are significant.

Salary is commensurate with experience and education. Room and board are part of the compensation package.

We seek a live-in couple where one has an associate degree in business/management or higher, plus management experience. They cover onsite inn-keeping/hosting/supervision of non-live in workers/breakfast/ maintenance/bookkeeping. Hard work long-term position for couple without heavy dependent care responsibilities.

Transfer of controlling ownership share after owners' decease, given outstanding success with shared vision helping make the inn--the venue of Live at the LaSalle, intimate professional Jazz Cabaret downtown--economically sound andartistically well-reputed. Owner/operators  will discuss with the onsite couple to stay on track reaching the revenue/expense target yearly. The owners will lead in marketing and business planning, living between Ft. Wayne and France. 

Compensation in kind and salary plus any earned year-end bonus upon meeting agreed target: 2 bdr apartment + all utilities + www internet flat screen tv, whirlpools, saunas, and other amenities without risk of lost bookings; salary reset in agreed business plan yearly, starting over $30k based on discussion opening all books to couple and hence showing ability to pay. Owners expect modest contribution to monthly income, but can engage in capital expenses especially in 2015-2016. Revenue of BB Inn has beeb up yearly since January 2003 inception. 

Summer Camp Host(s) - Klamath, CA

Camp Host position available for our 2015 Season, May 1 to Oct. 31. Park is located 40 miles south of the Oregon border off Hwy 101 on the Klamath River and adjacent to California Redwoods. Excellent salmon fishing and a nature lovers’ paradise.  Small Park (100 space) beautiful setting on the river, clean fun and guest oriented Park.

Positions available for reliable outgoing person/s with excellent communication and hospitality skills.  Positions available for front desk, activities coordinator, minor maintenance or a combination of these would be desirable.
