We are looking for an energetic couple to assist our full time management couple this summer. We will provide a site with W/E/G/Wi-Fi/Septic for 12 hrs work each per week. There will be another 12 hrs each per week paid at $12-$14 based on knowledge and skills.
The location is a beautiful resort located on Woman Lake in north central Minnesota. There is approximately 6000 acres of open water in a chain of 3 lakes (Girl, Woman & Child) connected by the Boy River.
The work involves helping in the office, MS-Office 365 skills or something similar, making reservations, some cabin cleaning, interaction with guests, craft help, mowing, weed whacking, handyman work, wood cutting, general repair and maintenance, gasing boats etc.. You would have the same days off.
Availability May1,2020-June1,2020 End Date approximately October 1st,2020.

OVERVIEW As the RV Resort Manager, you will be responsible for supervising the main job functions at the RV Resort. Position duties range from office administration, staff supervision, property maintenance, marketing, leasing and home sales and guest and resident relations. The position will coordinate efforts with staff in providing a positive and responsive service for the residents, guests and visitors of the RV resort community.
JOB DUTIES Entails a requirement of providing a consistent level of customer service that promotes a service philosophy to promote return business. The position will service and address scheduled reservations and handle guest and resident inquiries to effectively address issues that could affect the operation of the resort or guest satisfaction. Assists with monitoring monthly operating expenses, quarterly projects and coordinating team member selection, training, scheduling and development for resort staff and compliance with policies and operational procedures, fair housing laws and resort operations. Assists with the preparation of park models, pre-owned and brokered homes for sale and rental in the resort as well as document preparation to list and sell homes. Works with the RV Resort supervision and ownership to increase reservations and occupancy and further promote the RV Resort brand. The position is critical to establishing and promoting a community standard that protects everyone’s interests.
REQUIREMENTS High School Diploma or GED Minimum of 1-year experience in the property/resort management industry with a demonstrated leadership record. Previous sales and leasing experience, preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication with strong organizational skills and industry exposure. Ability to thrive and adapt in a fast-paced service environment. Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws pertaining to fair housing and employment law. Basic computer proficiency including email, internet and Microsoft Office Suite; experience using Campground Master or Rent Manager, a plus.

We are a private non-profit Family Home Agency that develops and manages Residential Homes for adults with intellectual disabilities and a dual diagnosis in West Los Angeles.
We are excited to announce the opening of a new Residential Home in West Los Angeles and are seeking applications from committed couples to serve as "Houseparents" who will provide support to three clients to meet their physical, psychological and social needs. The three clients and the Houseparent Couple will be living in a duplex, with each residing in their own home.
The successful candidates must be in a committed stable relationship and have a minimum of 3 years of experience in management and 2 years of direct support services for people with intellectual disabilities or a minimum of 5 years of experience in the field. Candidates must also have a clear background as evidenced by a DDS livescan, good driving record and a current CA driving license. Must be open to a flexible work schedule that does require some on-call backup as needed. A BA in the field of Social Services is desirable but not essential.
This position offers free rent and utilities on a newly remodeled duplex, with a parking space and use of company van. We are also offering a full benefits package with this position including medical, paid vacation and sick time. Salary is $65,000 per year (per couple).

Work expected:
“Inside” Reception of guests, answering phones, taking reservations, payments, confirmations, emails, paperwork, check-ins, explanation of fees and policies, sales of in store merchandise, cash handling and change, cash drawer reporting at end of shift, light cleaning, and maintaining office equipment and supplies. Must be able to utilize computer programs such as: windows, Chrome, Google, Square, Word, REZ reservation system -similar to campground manager. Typing proficiency, multitasking and frequently standing up and walking around is necessary.
“Outside” Assistant with parking rigs, pumping propane, inspecting/ correcting sites, explaining (not enforcing) rules, picking up and delivering fire pits and wood, trash, bathrooms. Knowledge of and practical experience with: Landscaping, plumbing (septic), electrical, operating equipment and general maintenance. May require manual labor: heavy lifting, digging, raking, watering, walking and often being outside all shift. Lift and clean fire pits 40 lbs, Golf Cart driving necessary.
