We are currently looking for someone to fill the following couple positions for the summer season (April 1 – October 1, 2020): Astronomy (Astro Nerd) / Housekeeping / Office / Maintenance So, what do you get for all this happiness? Housekeeping/Janitorial Cleaning - Sturgis, SD

Experience the beautiful Black Hills of So. Dakota! Our Luxury Cabins & RV located 2 miles from Sturgis is a family-owned and operated RV campground with cabins. Seasonal positions open in office duties, maintenance, landscaping and cleaning of bath houses and cabins. Couples/singles needed!

We provide FHU, cable, WiFi in exchange of 40 hrs/wk for couple or 20 hrs/wk for single, positions available from May thru Sept.

Campground workers and magnificent views of the red rocks - Moab, UT

We are hiring work campers for the 2020 season! Make us your headquarters as you explore the adventure Capital of the West. We are located 15 minutes from Arches National Park, and conveniently located to both Dead Horse State Park & Canyonlands National Park!

We currently have positions available in Housekeeping, Front Desk and Maintenance/Guest Services. Season-long positions run through November 1st. We also have a few partial-season positions open - please ask for details. We pay for all hours worked - most positions are 40 hours/week. Site rent is $160/month and includes a 50/30amp Full-Hookup site with utilities.

We are open from March 6th - November 1st and feature 22 Rustic Cabins, 26 Deluxe Cabins, Pull-Through and Back-In sites, as well as tent sites. Wifi, 24-hour laundry (new!), General Store, and propane on-site. Also new - Resort style swimming pool and hot tub! Enjoy magnificent views of the red rocks and La Sal Mountains!

Camp Hosts Needed - Bevier, MO

We are looking for full-time camp hosts from April 1^st-October 31^st, 2020.

Prefer a couple with experience but will consider others. In exchange for a site with full hook ups, personal golf cart, and complimentary WIFI, candidate will be responsible for checking guests in/out if needed, assist guests to correct camp site if needed, maintain campground regulations, sell/deliver ice & firewood, turn off slip ‘n slide, and security checks. Days off will be Tuesday’s and Wednesday’s (unless it is a holiday or event). Emphasis will be evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Apartment Management Couple - Willoughby, OH

Apartment community in Lake County, Ohio, is seeking a diplomatic, even tempered couple to manage a 66 unit apartment community. This is a full time, live-in position for the maintenance member and either part time or full time for the other member of the team. Each team member, whether they be a spouse, significant other, or best friend, must have the ability to work independently and communicate well with each other, but more importantly, communicate well with our residents.

One member of the team will be responsible for the following:

* General residential maintenance and upkeep of the community and of residents’ homes.

* Preparation of vacant units for rental. This would include a basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing,

and other general maintenance required in the preparation, and repairs.

* Some snow removal, as well as yard work.

The 2^nd member of the team will be responsible for the following:

* Leasing, showing vacant suites to potential residents and tenant relations.

* Rent collection and recording of same.

* Preparation of leases.

* Optional cleaning of common areas, which include all halls, vestibules, stairways and laundry rooms,

for additional compensation.

* Cleaning of vacant suites.

* Planting flowers.

The successful candidates must have a positive attitude, professional image, and possess good organizational skills, as well as possess good communication skills. The successful candidates must be willing to be on-call. This position offers a salary, 2 bedroom apartment, as well as paid utilities. No dogs are permitted. Candidates should be able to pass a drug screen as well as a background check and have a point free valid driver’s license.
