We have an immediate opening for a highly experienced and professional management couple/team at our premier self-storage property in New Tampa that also boasts a busy, fully occupied office business center as well as U-Haul truck rentals. This is a rare opportunity for that highly energetic, driven couple/team to live on-site and enjoy the success and rewards that come with managing this property.
Our compensation package consists of a competitive hourly rate, apartment, utilities, gas allowance, and multi-tiered monthly bonus opportunity for the self-storage, office park and U-Haul businesses. All of this is valued at a minimum of $90K/year. One week paid vacation after one year. Health insurance and other benefits also offered. Apartment has two bedrooms, one bathroom, open floor plan and all appliances.
- Couple/Team must be able to interact/communicate professionally and politely with office park tenants, as well as self-storage and U-Haul customers.
- Couple/Team must be highly organized and capable of multi-tasking.
- Both should have leasing, collections, computer, banking, and marketing abilities.
- Truck rental knowledge is preferred, but not required.
- Responsibilities include light maintenance as needed.
This is a 40 hour/40 hour opportunity. Experience in self-storage, assisted living, apartment, or mobile home community management would be helpful.
Must pass criminal background screenings as well as credit checks. Resident managers will be required to have/obtain and maintain current FL state driver's license, as well as current car registration and insurance.

Responsibilities:
Live on-site in a Boys Town Family Home and provide direct care for 6-8 at-risk youth through creating a safe and loving family-style living environment
Provide emotional support utilizing praise, positive feedback, affection and empathy to build one’s self-confidence and respect
Use rational problem-solving techniques to teach youth critical thinking skills, assist with behavioral problems, counsel through personal issues and provide crisis intervention
Plan, participate and provide opportunities for individual and family activities that are both educational and entertaining
Display and teach parenting, family and relationship skills to youth, legal guardians and caretakers to create family engagement
Maintain contact with both internal and external consumers agencies to obtain or provide information regarding youth’s behaviors, strategies and progress
Prepare written records for household budgeting, tracking youth progress, reporting incidents/behaviors and document youth medical needs and appointments
Teach and role model Boys Town values and ethical behaviors, as well as support and encourage participation in regular religious activities
Supervise the activities of assigned Assistant Family-Teacher to aid in their development and success
Manage the daily operating schedule of the home; assist with youth transportation needs, and overall household upkeep
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Be at least 21 years of age or older
High School diploma or equivalent is required, some college credit is preferred
Must possess a valid marriage certificate
Valid driver’s license with good driving record and ability to pass MVR Check
Flexibility and willingness to work a wide array of hours, which includes days, evenings, weekends and holidays
Ability to pass a thorough background check and reference verification procedure in order to determine one’s fitness to satisfactorily and safely care for youth
Ability to attend a 2-week paid training in Omaha, Nebraska

Looking for a mature couple to live on-site at our family owned and operated self storage facility. We are located in Redding, CA. We are a large facility. 7 acres, 19 buildings, 584 units in total.
Responsibilities: Working the office during business hours. Office dutieses include but are not limited to exceptional customer service, answering phones, renting units, sending emails, and accurate cash handling. Other duties include facility upkeep.
