Seek to attract new tenants to fill vacant apts.

Make units ready for move in tenants

Supervise any contract work being done by outside vendors

Handle and resolve tenant complaints

General oversight of grounds and buildings

Basic computer skills

Free Unit plus water paid. Bonus each month based on preformance

Located in Pahrump, Nevada      approximately 55 miles from Las Vegas

COUPLE POSITION BASED ON THE THAMES IN SOUGHT AFTER AREA IN LONDON

We are looking for a couple to run 3 luxury houseboats, 2 small speedboats and a 50ft motor yacht for our HNW client in the heart of the exclusive Chelsea area in London.

Ideally you will be a yachtie couple comprising of a Captain and Cook/Stewardess, highly experienced aboard yachts and looking to settle into London life.

As the Captain you will look after all maintenance and this is a great opportunity to obtain further work and contacts on the Thames through our client's numerous connections.

Our client is also in the process of purchasing a 100ft MY so ideally the captain will have experience with this size of yacht also.

As the Cook/Stewardess you will maintain the interior of the houseboats (which are more like luxury floating apartments), and will be cooking on a daily basis for our client and his family and guests.

Our client is an extremely lovey guy, as successful businessman and a great person to work for. He enjoys varied, simple and healthy food, using fresh ingredients which is well presented. He has a terrace on the upper deck so lots of  BBQ'ing also! He likes a simple breakfast, salad and sandwich type lunch (as he works from his office on his houseboat), and will usually have dinner around 8pm. His daughter, aged 24, lives on another houseboat which is a 2 level apartment and she occasionally joins him for dinner also.

This exciting role is live-in and will be paying around GBP 40,000 with holidays and benefits on top. Our client also travels a lot so there will be long periods of time that you will have to yourselves.

Self Storage Management Team - Bilingual - Tempe, AZ

Storage West self storage has an immediate opening for a resident manager TEAM for our Baseline Tempe facility. Bilingual English/Spanish is required of at least one member of the team.

We are seeking a 2 person team, wherein each person will work 40 hours per week. Each member of the team must submit a resume in order for the team to be considered for this position. Both members of the team must have relevant experience and be available for in person interviews in Phoenix. The resident managers will share an on site apartment (provided).

Resident manager teams are responsible for the operation of the facility, including providing outstanding customer service, renting storage spaces, marketing our facility to the community, data entry, filing, answering and responding to telephone calls, banking, and keeping the facility maintained, neat, clean, and organized. Reliable transportation and a good driving record is required.

Prior customer service and management experience is required. Prior self storage or property management experience a plus.  Maintenance experience a plus. Must be friendly and outgoing, honest, organized, able to accept constructive criticism, able to learn and accept training, able to work in an office and on the grounds, be a problem solver, and more. Basic computer skill (MS Office, Outlook, internet, etc.) is required.

Couple need to live on site and manager a large, state of the art, storage facility in  central Virignia Beach

Position requires sales, marketing and customer service oriented people.  Must be self starters in both on site and off site job functions. Office responsibilities include, but are not limited to, leasing, collections, daily reports and deposits, in office marketing ,leasing and maintaing site truck,maintaining organization and cleanliness of  office and public restroom.  Must be able to handle off site marketing efforts.  Create and maintain relationships with professionals (real estate agents, apt managers, etc) who will assist in creating a potential customer flow. 

Site work includes having units ready to lease, light maintenance, keep trash picked up, manage climate control hvac, update management on site repairs. Site cleanliness and productivity is expected to be at the highest levels.
