Mobile Home Park Manager Position for Couple in Colorado

Need a couple for maintenace man/ assistant manager for a 300 space family park located in Colorado.

Need someone with previous experience. Maintenance skills needed would be meter reading, light electrical, & plumbing, grounds keeping, assist mangager would need light skills in office  .  There is no pool or rec room to have to maintain.  Job pays a salary, home, utilities and commissions from mobile sales.  Salary dependent upon experience.  Please email resume, references and recent pictures to  (see below)
