WHY DO WE SHOW EXPIRED LISTINGS?
l just purchase these three properties but I have 5 other properties and all facility managers offer support to each other because they all work on the same software.
Here are the important points.
- The apartment and all utilities are included as part of the payment
- Each spouse will be required to work at different locations as they will manage three different locations. The one with the apartment is one location that will have an onsite manager, the other location has a large office and is less than 5 miles away but that office is expected to be open during office hours (they will be the same as yours and Augusta except their day off is going to be Tuesday and Sunday
- They will be responsible for maintaining the property to look clean and well-manicured.
- Each of the 2 locations that are operated will have Uhaul on site and they will receive a percentage of the gross revenue from each location.
- They will start to sell our insurance which they will also receiving an ongoing commission for.
- They will have sheds to sell which will also be paid commission
- The total base pay over and above the free apartment and utilities is $1,500 total paid as a 1099 contractor plus the commission income generated from shed sales.
- This property has been run very poorly over the past couple of years and is being taken over by a new ownership team so we need someone that can help with building the business back up and reestablishing themselves. So there you guys will have a little mess coming in up front.

Escape3points Ecolodge is a 10 chalet plus dormitory lodge situated on a pristine quiet beach of West Africa and aims to set an example of sustainable living through the use of renewable energy and organic gardening. Everything has been built out of local and recycled materials, using traditional and innovative construction methods. Tourism is used to help conserve aquatic life and the last remaining coastal forest in Ghana, the lodge is the first eco initiative at Escape3points with other eco projects to flow from it.
Position Overview:
At Escape3points we believe that private industry can lead the way to sustainable positive change in Ghana. As such, we are looking for candidates who are not searching for a competitive salary, but rather looking for a priceless experience and opportunity while being able to comfortably live and work in West Africa. That said, there is room for salary to grow once the lodge becomes profitable. Experiences gained at Escape3points are invaluable. After leading a team in a familiar atmosphere and discipline while remaining focused in beautiful surroundings, the team member will leave with a better understanding of the challenges of ecotourism in a developing country. We are looking for an enthusiastic, responsible, qualified manager to take care of the day to day activity of the lodge. The person must be a jack of all trades - the position requires problem solving skills when unforeseen challenges arise at anytime. He/She must maintain the atmosphere and qualities of the ideas that are embedded in the spirit of the lodge. The ideal candidate is a professional with experience in both project and people management and with experience living in the developing world who is looking to use their skills to do something meaningful.

Job Description
• Managing the day to day operation and supervision of Lodge facilities and personnel
• Interaction with guests to ensure that they get the most out of their stay
• Improving profitability
• Analyzing Lodge facilities and operations in comparison to competitors and identifying areas of opportunity
• Coordinating needs for Lodge facilities, programs & events
• Creating special events and projects based on Eco friendly tourism
• Updating our website, Tripadvisor and Facebook
• Assisting the kitchen staff in creativity with the menu
• Conducting periodic inspections to ensure proper maintenance of facilities
• Ensuring that all administrative tasks related to the position and the position of the staff workers are completed in a timely, accurate and efficient manner
• Maintaining records and preparing reports regarding facility use, finances, personnel and incident reports
• Ad-hoc duties as required
Qualifications:
• Team development, staff supervision and problem solving
• Interest and knowledge in environmentally sustainable business operations
• Budget development and management
• Demonstrated ability to develop, manage and promote Lodge operations and facilities
• Ability to develop and execute marketing and sales plans
• Demonstrated ability to manage small capital projects
• Ability to represent Escape3Points Eco Lodge in a highly professional manner, acting with discretion and handling all issues with confidentiality and impartiality
• Ability to carry out tasks consistent with the owner’s instructions and to keep the Lodge owner informed of the daily business
• Supervisory experience in Lodge operations administration with emphasis on capital improvement, project and event management, or any satisfactory equivalent combination of experience and training that would provide the desirable knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the work.

Property Management on a Holiday Residence in South France (handling bookings, reception and guests arrivals/departures, concierge, maintenance of the properties) - Le Barcarès, near by Perpignan

We're looking for a enhousiastic and experienced couple for running the reception and booking system at our very nice residence in Barcarès. The residence has about 10 villas and 30 apartments to rent out to (holiday) guests mostly in the Holiday season (high season July-August-September). During the year there are other activities need to be done: the maintenance of the residence (swimming pool and gardens) and small maintenance in the properties. Besides that the owners like to have a concierge/guard function who keeps an eye on the residence during the winterperiod. Speaking French and English is a must. More and other languages are welcome
