Job Summary -
We seek a friendly and organized Campground Host/Hostess to join our team. The ideal candidate will be our guests' first point of contact, ensuring a warm welcome and a positive camping experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, computer skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service in a relaxed environment.

Responsibilities -

Greet guests as they arrive at the campground.

Answer calls, reserve sites, and provide information.

Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently. Daily deposits.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the washrooms, laundry, RV Sites.

Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.

Qualifications -

Previous experience in hospitality or RV Parks is preferred.

Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.

Ability to handle cash transactions accurately.

Excellent public speaking skills to communicate effectively with guests, staff and management.

A friendly demeanour with a positive attitude towards teamwork and collaboration.

Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Be energetic and in good shape, like the outdoors.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal

Contract length: 7 - 8 months

Pay: $17.50-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
