We are seeking a outgoing management couple for a 160-plus-space senior mobile home park in the Phoenix, AZ area. Skills needed for office would be Excel, MS Word, bank deposits, rent notices, evictions, general office knowledge, excellent customer relation skills. Skills needed for outside would be general maintenance, light electrical, light plumbing, meter reading, pool maintenance, landscaping.
Work hours are 30 hours a week, typically M-F, 9-4, with hour lunch. Previous mobile home park management or similar experience is required.
Salary is commensurate with experience. Benefits include salary of $3,300 per couple and includes a mobile home and utilities.
