Seeking an enthusiastic working couple to cover 2 Full time roles

1- Community Manager- Day to Day operations, collections, home sales, project oversight, Capital project management

2- Home Refurber- Flooring, painting, trim work, siding, skirting, deck repairs, interior rehab, exterior rehab, trash outs.

Housing options or vacant lot for your camper/RV available. 

Requirements:

Drivers License

Clear Background screening

Skills neccesary for the respective role.

Great communication abilities

Bi-Lingual is a plus (english & spanish)
