Couple for Managing a Unique Boutique Inn - Desert Hot Springs, CA

We are 15 mintues away from Palm Springs, located in the Spa city of Desert Hot Springs. It is well knows for its Mineral Hot Spirings water with healing properties and award winning quality. We offer many amenities such as Pool, Jacuzzi, Breakfast, Massages, Body Treatments, Facials. Many of our guests are repeating and they come to enjoy quiet, relaxing and unique theme. 

We are looking for an experienced couple to join a great team. We are looking for someone who knows the meaning of hospitality. You will oversee a busy hotel and spa operation with a dedicated staff of experienced employees.

The ideal couple will have experience in hospitality, management, finance and human resources. You will oversee the day to day operations of the business. Responsibilities include Innkeeping (primarily day time), managing Spa appointments, scheduling, counseling, hiring and monitoring performance of employees; processing payroll; oversight of maintenance and inventory and ensuring the property is maintained,  and optimizing guest satisfaction.

There is now a possibility of onsite living quarter.
