MUST HAVE SOLID, LONG TERM WORK HISTORY OF 3+ YEARS AT ANY ONE SELF-STORAGE LOCATION TO APPLY!

This is a lovely, well maintained active facility, SiteLink software, good occupancy, low delinquecy, very clean with company owned moving truck for new move-ins, nice office, security gated and other security features as well. Beautiful single story 2 bed 1 ba managers apartment, enclosed private patio, beautifully landscaped private yard for dog, granite counters, top of the line newer appliances, upgrated wood laminate flooring through-out, TOP industry wages, medical insurance plus several bonus programs including a $250 SkilCheck bonus program for scoring 90%+, $500 for the first 100%, a 15% overage quarterly bonus plus a per lease bonus.
