Small Motel Manager--Perfect for Couple - Western NC

Management couple for very small motel in popular resort area in Western North Carolina.  Must be friendly and good with guests. Requires some basic routine maintenance skills and be able to handle basic computer tasks that involve checking in guests, taking reservations, managing housekeeping and minor office work.  Being able to update social media and monitering our online presence/marketing a big plus. Couple will live onsite, rent free with all utilities covered.  Compensation will involve a small base salary plus commission that normally falls in the $40k-$45k range yearly, but can be more if you increase business.
