Qualifications:
Dynamic Duo: Enthusiastic working couple with a shared commitment to excellence, experienced in Manufactured housing, effective communication skills to liaise with residents and team members, a passion for delivering outstanding customer service, and basic understanding of property maintenance practices.

Responsibilities:
Management: Oversee day-to-day operations of the community. Leasing: Assist in leasing activities, including tenant screening and lease signings. Community Engagement: Foster positive relationships with residents and encourage community involvement. Maintenance Coordination: Coordinate and oversee routine maintenance and repair tasks. Administrative Duties: Manage administrative tasks related to the community
