Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced community management couple to manage our best in class 350 site Manufactured Housing Community. The ideal candidates will have a strong working knowledge of property maintenance and resident relations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the community.
• Respond to resident inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure that the community is clean and well-maintained.
• Enforce community rules and regulations.
• Plan and organize community events.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in property management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Must be resourceful and solution oriented.
• Strong understanding of property maintenance (landscaping, irrigation, light carpentry, plumbing, electrical)
