FEATURED JOB OPENING: Seeking Onsite Management Couple for a Special 250+ Space Senior Community - Phoenix, AZ

We are seeking an onsite management couple for a unique and picturesque 250+ space senior manufactured home community located in a quiet suburb of northern Phoenix (about 1 mile from the Arizona State Route 101, a highway loop that easily connects the greater Phoenix area).

Prior management experience is strongly preferred.

Responsbilities are to be split between the couple. Office duties include resident communication, propsecitve resident paperwork and rent collection. Maintenance responibilities include supervision of the onsite maintenance personnel, oversight of community projects and enforcement of community standards and guidelines.

Compensation includes competitive salary and home with basic utilities.
