- Reliability: Dependable, responsible, and committed to delivering consistent results.

- Transportation Requirements: Possession of a valid driver's license, insurance, and access to reliable transportation.

- Positive Attitude: Ability to maintain optimism and positivity in all situations.

- Legal Compliance: Willingness to undergo training to stay updated on landlord-tenant laws and manufactured home community regulations.

- Industry Knowledge: Experience or understanding of the Manufactured Housing Industry is advantageous.
