Responsibilities for Onsite Manager/Couple:

Guest Services:

Welcome and check-in guests, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.

Address guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests promptly.

Property Management:

Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of motel rooms, cabins, and RV park facilities.

Conduct regular inspections to ensure adherence to cleanliness and safety standards.

Reservation Management:

Manage reservations, cancellations, and ensure accurate room assignments.

Implement effective revenue management strategies to optimize occupancy.

Staff Oversight:

Supervise onsite staff and delegate tasks as necessary.

Provide training to new staff members and conduct regular performance reviews.

Financial Management:

Monitor and manage daily financial transactions, including cash handling.

Prepare regular reports on revenue, occupancy, and expenses.

Community Engagement:

Foster positive relationships with local businesses, community members, and authorities.

Emergency Response:

Develop and implement emergency response procedures.

Ensure the safety and well-being of guests and staff during emergencies.

Marketing and Promotions:

Collaborate with management on marketing strategies to attract new guests.

Qualifications:

Responsibilities for Onsite Housekeeper:

Room Cleaning:

Perform daily cleaning of motel rooms, cabins, and common areas.

Ensure all rooms are properly stocked with amenities.

Linen and Laundry Management:

Manage the collection, washing, and replacement of linens and towels.

Ensure the availability of clean and fresh linens for guests.

Cleaning Standards:

Uphold high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the property.

Conduct deep cleaning tasks as needed.

Inventory Control:

Monitor and report any maintenance or repair needs to the onsite manager.

Keep track of cleaning supplies and request replenishment as necessary.

Guest Interaction:
