About Us:

The Last Place is an exceptional vacation home and eco RV park located near Cabo Pulmo National Park on the stunning shores of the Sea of Cortez. We are seeking an enthusiastic and bilingual Management Couple Team to oversee our unique, idyllic destination. Our property includes a three-bedroom, two-bath luxury home with underground and infinity pools, six covered full-hookup 30-amp RV sites, fully air-conditioned and solar-powered, providing an eco-friendly and sustainable experience.

Responsibilities:

As a Management Couple Team, you'll oversee various aspects of our property to ensure an exceptional guest experience. Your responsibilities will include:

Legal, Financial, and Administrative Management:

·Assist in monthly financial reports and Mexican tax compliance.

·Handle bill payments, permits, and manage accounts receivable and payable.

·Coordinate work authorization, camping permits, and liability insurance

·Establish and adjust rental rates based on demand.

Property Maintenance and Security:

·Supervise solar panel cleaning, pool maintenance, and ongoing construction projects.

·Ensure storm protection and preparedness.

·Oversee housekeeping and maintenance staff.

·Maintain security systems and infrastructure.

·Maintain internet, air conditioning and electricity infrastructure.

·Property inspections for functionality.

Commitments and Accommodations:

·Act as on-site managers handling guest accommodations, concierge, and contracts.

·Manage bookings, online travel agency accounts, and special reservations.

·Manage owner occupancy schedules.

Ongoing Marketing:

·Develop marketing strategies targeting specific guest demographics.

·Build local business relationships and maintain social media profiles.

·Explore new marketing opportunities catering to various interest groups.

Qualifications:

·Fluency in English and Spanish.

·Prior experience in hospitality or property management preferred.

·Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

·Passion for exceptional customer service

·Proficiency in marketing and promotion techniques

·Good health and love for nature and the sea.

·Possession of an RV and willingness to travel to Cabo Pulmo or willing to live in a RV on-site

·Mexican work visa required.

Compensation:
