WHY DO WE SHOW EXPIRED LISTINGS?
On-Site Resident Property Managers
San Francisco Mid-Peninsula
Are you property managers who would like to live in a mid-size, friendly, resident-oriented complex? Are you a pair of people who take pride in where you live and enjoy interacting with people? Do you have the experience and skills described below?
This 34-unit gated complex has low turnover, considerate residents, apartments you’re proud to show, and is a cat-friendly community that does not have resident dogs.
Residents like living here. These are real quotes from real people:
- “One of the best places we ever lived at.”
- “The apartments and grounds create lovely scenery from every apartment.”
- “Thank you for making this my home for many years.”
- “What a great place to live – all these trees.”
These are real quotes from real people. And we can provide references from managers who have retired and references from residents.
Our complex is the perfect balance between the quiet and peace of an established residential area while being perfectly located amidst shopping, dining, entertainment and transportation options.
We’re located walking distance from shopping areas, public transportation, the Farmers Market and two Caltrain stations. It’s only a short drive to access multiple major highways making it quick and easy to get around.
