Coastal Lodge Looking to Hire Friendly Motivated Work Campers

Are you a self-starter looking for a new experience in a gorgeous location? Northern CA could be your next stop. Our small team of new management is seeking energetic people to be a part of this remote coastal community.

Serving the local community, as well as the tourists is our main goal. Therefore, our ideal candidate will have experience building customer relationships with excellent interpersonal abilities, while maintaining a safe and clean working environment by complying with company procedures, and regulations.

We are looking for a couple interested in customer service, housekeeping, general maintenance and landscaping to help run our 16 unit lodge.

Housekeeping duties at our lodge consist of cleaning rooms to standards, laundry, and light groundskeeping around rooms to maintain a clean environment inside and out. 

Maintenance/Landscaping consists of general handiwork around the property as well as using hand tools and riding lawn mower to keep our grounds looking their best. 

We are located on the Sonoma Coast near Mendocino County. Spend workdays immersed in the beauty of an ocean view and the sounds of birds, crashing waves, and sea lions. Spend days off touring local wineries, hiking, fishing, and exploring the Sonoma and Mendocino coast. 

Couples Preferred, but will consider singles with the right fit.

Must have a fully self-contained RV; full hook ups available.

Socialized/friendly pets welcome. No breed restrictions.

Asking for a 4 month commitment, 6 months preferred.

The benefits of the job include, but are not limited to:

$15.50/per hour (32-40 hours per week) 2 Days off weekly
