FEATURED JOB OPENING: Private Lake and Wilderness Compound - Levering, MI

Looking for a retired couple for part time work, full time living on a beautiful up north compound consisting of a private lake, 207 acres of wilderness, 4 guest/rental cottages, a clubhouse, a huge pavilion with fireplace, a main home, a woodworking shop, and a caretaker home.  Tennis court, volleyball court, horseshoe court, basketball court, swimming, fishing, boating activities on property.  

Duties include transitioning housekeeping cottages and property between guest stays, housekeeping main house periodically, mowing in summer, snow blowing in winter, watering plants and flowers, spring cleanup and fall prep for winter.  General handyman maintenance such as painting/staining, minor repair work or if large project or bigger maintenance items then coordinating with contractors to complete the work.  Estimate 10-12 hours per week.  All necessary up to date equipment provided and on property, must be comfortable with operating tractor, mower, miscellaneous leaf blowers, chain saw, wood splitter, etc.  

Fully furnished, 2 bedroom farmhouse style caretaker home, completely newly refurbished including a whole house generator attached.
