Campground Couple - Sioux Falls, South Dakota

We are a brand new campground located in Sioux Falls, South Dakota.  We are looking for two sets of work camping couples.  

Our campground offers 161 RV and tent sites with water and electricity.  We also have a dump station.  The campground also has a bar, video lottery machines, convenience store and game room.  We are connected to a water park that has 4 water slides, a lazy river, bumper boats, wave pool, a swim up bar, and a water filled activity center for children.  In addition to the water park, we have mini golf, batting cages and go karts.

If hired, you will recieve an RV site with electricity and water.  You will have access to our dump station and we have a blue boy that you are more than welcome to borrow when dumping.  All hours will be paid at $11.50 an hour.  We provide season passes to the water park for employees also.

We will ask that you commit to the end of our summer, which is October 1st.  We ask that you each work a minimum of 35 hours a week (all paid).  All applicants must be 21 years old or older.

Office Duties:

Scheduling and managing campground reservations and community room rentals.

Checking guests in and out of the park.

Bartending, we only serve beer.  Any tips collected will be yours.

Processing and recieving payments for our small convenient store. 

Managing transactions with customers using cash registers.

Assist campers by providing helpful information and answering questions.

Notifying maintenance of check-ins, or when a guest needs a ride to the water park, ice, pizza or firewood.

Preforms cleaning and custodial duties of main building.

Providing payouts for our Video Lottery machines.

Preparing pizza.

All other tasks assigned by management.

Maintenance Duties:

Must posess and maintain a valid driver's license 

Performs custodial duties including sweeping, mopping, scrubbing and stocking restrooms and shower facilities.

Cleaning firerings and campsites.

Liter pick up.

General up keep of the campground, with the exception of mowing grass.

Escorting guests to assigned camp site.

Providing rides to guests to the water park in our ATV.

Ensuring cleanlilness in the campground is maintained.

Becoming certified to dispense propane. 

Dispensing and delivering propane bottles to guests.

Communicate and enforce all Flamingo Falls Campground safety rules and regulations.

Assist with simple repairs. 

All other duties as assigned by management.
