Join our team at Mount Rushmore National Memorial!

Spend the fall working at Mt. Rushmore part-time as part of our Helping Hands program.  This opportunity is available starting in August.  Fall is a beautiful time of year to observe the colors of nature in the Black Hills with cooler temps that typically average in the low 70s and nights in the 40s.

THE DETAILS
Fall dates: August 2nd – September 30th, 2023
Schedule: Part-time – ~24-30 hours per week, 6-8 hours per day

Free housing is provided including Wi-Fi (limited bandwidth) and all utilities 
Lunch and dinner provided in an employee dining room at a reduced rate
On-site laundry facility (.25 per load)
Xanterra Parks locations
20-30% off Food and Beverage products and 30-40% off Retail items at all Xanterra Parks locations
$350 referral bonus

RESPONSIBILITIES
Your job will be whatever is needed for the day. Training will occur for each position.  Each day may be different, so flexibility is the key.  Some of the duties you may assist with include:  

Food and Beverage Attendant (assist in keeping the dining room area clean and sanitized, operate a cash register and assist customers in a courteous and knowledgeable manner). $12.55/hr

Retail (assist customers in a courteous manner, stock, operate cash register). $12.80/hr
