Bagby Preservation is seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to fill the position of Manager at the Ripplebrook Camp Store, located 20 miles SE of Estacada, Oregon. This role requires a strong background in camp hosting, store management, and the ability to thrive in a remote location.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the Ripplebrook Camp Store's day-to-day operations, including sales, inventory management, and customer service.
- Manage a team of staff members, providing leadership, training, and guidance to ensure smooth and efficient store operations.
- Maintain a welcoming and customer-oriented environment, delivering exceptional service to campers and visitors.
- Ensure the store is well-stocked with a variety of camping essentials, snacks, beverages, and other merchandise.
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to maintain inventory levels and negotiate favorable pricing and terms.
- Implement effective marketing strategies to promote the camp store and increase sales.
- Manage financial transactions, including cash handling, accounting, and reporting.
- Uphold and enforce company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in camp hosting, store management, or a related field is essential.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve operational goals and provide excellent customer service.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively handle multiple responsibilities in a remote location.
