Property In Need of Manager / Maintenance - Lynnwood, WA

Looking for FULL TIME time ONSITE RESIDENT MANAGER and MAINTENANCE for 96-unit apartment buildings in Northern Washington area (Lynnwood, WA)

Position & responsibilities:

●Physically walk and inspect the property on a daily basis and check on vacant apartments inside the units.
●Communicate with tenants and maintain a positive customer service attitude.
●Perform move out inspections with tenants moving out.
●Perform move in inspections with new tenants.
●Show apartments for rent and process paperwork including payables and ledgers.
●Help oversee vendors and maintenance people working on the property.
●Collect and input rents.

Requirements
•Must have at least 3 years’ experience as an onsite resident manager

Apartment as part of compensation
Salary commensurate with experience
