We are seeking a couple to manage a 100 space RV Park. One individual will be in the office doing all aspects of office work, while the other will be outside doing all aspects of property maintenance. The positions are salaried and include a newly remodeled double wide on site.
Office Position: We are seeking a highly organized and experienced RV Park office manager to oversee the daily operations of our RV Park in West Richland, WA. This property is undergoing modernization of systems and processes and the successful candidate will be especially skilled at change management for the staff and guests. This full time role is responsible for overall guest satisfaction and park profitability by managing guest services, coordinating with the maintenance team, and executing the overall strategy of the park.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily park operations
- Ensure that the Park provides a safe, clean, and enjoyable guest experience
- Manage park operating budget and expenses
- Manage the parks reservations and check-in/check-out processes.
- Ensure that the park is in compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation of park happenings, staff concerns, and all information related to smooth and efficient park operations.
Outside Position: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced RV Park Maintenance manager to oversee the grounds at our RV Park. The maintenance manager’s role is to ensure our park is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and comfort for our guests. This full time role is responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks, including, plumping, electrical, carpentry, and groundskeeping.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspections of park facilities, equipment, and grounds to identify areas in need of maintenance repair
- Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks, such as painting, plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry
- Complete daily pool chemical checks, and maintenance
- Read propane and electrical meters monthly and provide to office worker to bill guests accordingly.
- Be diligent about the safety and operations of the park and ensure that all tools and equipment are properly maintained and stored.
- Ensure park facilities are kept in clean and usable state at all times (facilities include: 8 showers, 10 toilets, small laundry room, pool/hot tub, fitness room)
