FEATURED JOB OPENING: Couple to manage family owned Self Storage Facility - Grimes, IA
Seeking a couple to become resident managers for a family owned 500+ unit storage facility. 2 bedroom apartment with paid utilities provided.
Duties and responsibilities
Manage rental office 4 days a week from 7:30am to 8:30pm.
- Process payments
- Answer phone for inquiries and payments
- Assist walk-in customers with inquiries and rentals
- Complete rental agreements
- Process daily mail
- Keep office clean and organized
- Daily red lock management for tenants payng late
- Compile daily end of the day deposit and report
- General light mainenance as needed
- Lawn mowing and snow removal in cooperation with other co-worker
- Limited ladder work with alarms and lights
- Vacate units as tenants move out- sweeping, spraying and trash out as needed
Valid drivers license required. All buildings (including aparment) and company vehicles are non-smoking.
Wages will be discussed with and set by the busines owner.
Monthly bonus based on revenue.
Private 2 bedroom apartment with appliances provided.
Healthcare Insurance is not provided.
