Immediate opening for a mature married couple with no kids at home to take care of houses and grounds for absentee owners on a beautiful ranch located in the Southwest desert adjoining the Guadalupe Mountains and 2 National Parks.  Looking for a couple that has caretaking experience, self-starters, positive attitude and strong communication skills.

Duties include housekeeping (cleaning, light laundry, grocery shopping), grounds keeping (lawn/grounds maintenance and landscape projects) and routine maintenance of owners’ houses and vehicles.  Must be computer literate.  No ranch duties involved.  Competitive salary, good housing, utilities and ranch vehicle provided.
