A small Boutique Inn and spa is looking for an experienced couple to join a great team. We are looking for someone who knows the meaning of hospitality. You will oversee a busy hotel and spa operation with a dedicated staff of experienced employees.

The ideal couple will have experience in hospitality, management, finance and human resources. You will oversee the day to day operations of the business. Responsibilities include scheduling, counseling, hiring and monitoring performance of employees; processing payroll; oversight of maintenance and inventory and ensuring the property is maintained,  and optimizing guest satisfaction.
