Free rent in remodeled unit plus addtl monthly compensation.

Applicants must have multi unit dwelling management experience to apply.

Position involves caretaking property and tenant management.
-collecting rent
-ensuring rules and regulations are being followed by teants

-walk thrus on moveouts
