Handyperson couple needed to work on a remote OFF GRID very private tiny house in the forest while living there. - Colvolle, WA

 Handyperson couple needed to trade work rent on an OFF GRID tiny house while living there. This tiny dry house/cabin is very cuite and is situated in very private off grid forest land. The home is nearly complete but still needs some details finished inside and out.

Some of the typical work includes: woodwork sealing/finishing, help with installing additional solar panel & battery, some plumbing fixture installation, Help with a water system, gray water sewer system, landscaping, make firepit, forest brush/slash cleanup etc.

This very cozy remote house/cabin is currently a 350sf. "DRY CABIN". With your help we plan on constructing a water and grey water system. Until then, water will need to be brought up from the main house 1/4 mile away. There is also a nearby temporary toilet facility.

The house/cabin has a propane stove as well as a wood stove for heating. An rv style propane refrigerator is also installed. Hot water is provided by an on-demand propane water heater. A generator is also provided. Helper will be responsible for cutting on-site firewood, purchasing the propane and gasoline fuels they use.

The loft comfortably sleeps two in a queen bed.

This cabin will need to be available for another family 15 days out of the year. The helpers will need to stay elsewhere during these days. We have a travel trailer that possibly could be used for those days. 

The 1/4-mile access road is seasonal to this house/cabin. The road is drivable May through October. The rest of the time the snow is either too deep or spring thaw muddy. I usually snowshoe or snowmobile on those days.
