RESORT CARETAKER COUPLE FOR FAMILY OWNED TREEHOUSE RESORT IN NORTHERN BC CANADA

Are you interested in living in an area where you can go fishing in world renowned rivers for Steelhead and giant Salmon nearly year round? How about driving just 40 minutes to an amazing ski hill (downhill or X country) or just 5 minutes from a golf course? Is living a healthy, active, outdoor lifestyle important to you? Do you love to see and feel the changing seasons?

We are a small family owned farm and resort on the most beautiful, riverside location in Northwest BC just minutes from the city. We have built 5 treehouse style cabins that we rent out nightly and weekly as vacation rentals as well as a large indoor/outdoor venue for special events. We hold Weddings, Reunions, Retreats and Corporate meetings just to name a few.
We are also currently building a few tiny homes to add to the rentals due to meet the rising demands.
Summers are very busy , Spring and Fall are steady and in the Winter we relax and enjoy the slower pace with fewer rentals and events going on.

We are entering our 7th year in business and are ready to find a wonderful couple who love an active outdoor lifestyle, enjoy being busy and would like to live where they work and work where they live!

Our ideal couple would be a mature, lively couple with no children and no pets.

The duties would include:
Greetig guests upon check ins as needed (we plan to move to contactless check in process though)
Clean and restock cabins and Tiny Homes upon check outs or once weekly for long term stays
Wash, Dry, Fold and put away laundry
Clean the indoor venue after events
Lawn maintenance (commercial riding lawnmower, weed whacker etc provided)
and may include other duties as needed, if qualified.

The ideal couple would be provided with a brand new, custom built one bedroom tiny home to live in on site at a discounted rate for as long as employed with us, in a beautiful park like area.

As we are a working farm, there is opportunity to have a garden of your own or volunteer in the market garden for fresh produce (also available to purchase seasonally on site).
Compensation could be negotiated based on experience and willingness to take on additional duties.
