Need Couple or Single Man with their own RV to help on my Ranch - Kerrville, TX

I AM 'TAKING APPLICATIONS' FOR A RETIRED, CLEAN, 'AMERICA LOVING COUPLE', (NO TIDE BALL EATERS NEED TO APPLY) OR POSSIBLY A MATURE, SINGLE MAN, WHO OWNS THEIR OWN, NICE, RV, (WORKAMPER) AND HOPEFULLY ONE IS A 'FAIR' MECHANIC, WITH THEIR OWN 'SOURCE OF INCOME'.

PLEASE UNDERSTAND: I OFFER NO SALARY, BECAUSE THERE IS VERY LITTLE I NEED FOR YOU TO DO.
I NEED SECURITY PLUS FEEDING AND WATERING OUR CHICKENS, SONGBIRDS, FISH AND DEER, GATHERING EGGS (KEEP ALL YOU CAN EAT) AND OTHER SMALL 'LIGHT WEIGHT' JOBS........
YOU WILL LIVE IN YOUR RV, ON MY SECLUDED, SAFE, BEAUTIFUL RANCH IN THE SHADE OF A 150+- YEAR OLD LIVE OAK TREE, IN THE 'TEXAS HILL COUNTRY', WITH ELECTRIC, WATER, SEPTIC, HI-SPEED INERNET, DISH TV, YOUR PERSONAL CARPORT, AND PERSONAL CLOTHES WASHER, ALL 'FREE'.
 YOU WILL HAVE USE OF YOUR OWN KAWASAKI MULE TO RIDE AROUND AND DO YOUR CHORES OUT OF.

Although I prefer a Couple for the Extra Eyes and Ears, BUT I will Consider a 'Single Guy', IF He's Settled. Mature, has his 'Head on Straight', and isn't out 'chasing' all the time.....
NOTE: This is NOT a 'Full time' Mechanic Job, but on a ranch, sometimes a chainsaw will need sharpening, or a Kawasaki Mule or a chainsaw may need its carburetor 'adjusted', a brake cylinder changed out, and/or This and That (NOTHNG BIG), but I don't want to have to 'load things up' and take them to a shop to get them fixed, IF they can be done 'on site'.
IF you get into something Big, that takes up a lot of your time to fix, You Will Be Compensated. We are Fair, Honest, People.

The Feeding, watering our Chickens, Songbirds, fish and deer, doesn't take bur 2 to 2 1/2 hours a day to do.

We have only had two 'Workamper couples' on here for the last 12 years, and That should tell smart people someting about how Nice it is here. MY CURRENT 'WORKAMPERS' CAME HERE FOR 6 MONTHS, AND HAVE STAYED FOR OVER 3 YEARS, BUT ARE GETTING OLDER AND NEED TO MOVE CLOSER TO THEIR CHILDREN.
THEY ALL LOVED THIS JOB (JOB?) AND MY NEXT 'WORKAMPERS' WILL ALSO.....
