Our client is seeking a Strong Experienced Mobile Home Couples management team in the Ohio area to become part of the team. Primary responsibilities are sales, marketing, advertising, collections, occupancy, community maintenance, staff and resident relations, and expense control.
This is a large property of 500+ homesites.
Salary range is $65,000-70,000 for an experienced MH team, plus housing, utilities, commission, quarterly and annual bonuses etc.
Essential Functions:
- Sell new, used and foreclosed homes
- Manage inventory, marketing and advertising plans
- Collect all rent and loan monies to meet company delinquency rate
- Maximize Community occupancy and leased home income
- Professionally resolve resident complaints and concerns
- Provide hands-on leadership and management to Sales and Service Team
- Recruit, train and develop Staff
- Create and maintain a positive Community environment including resident activities
- Communicate and manage policies and procedures
- Create and ensure a safe work environment
- Protect and maintain Company assets
- Control expenses
- Maintain professional behavior which does not interfere with the individuals work, the work of another Team Member, or the quality of life for Community Residents
- Additional duties as assigned by Supervisor
Required Skills:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Must be self-motivated, independent and able to work with minimal supervision
- Strong leadership and decision making skills
- Demonstrated ability to motivate and manage staff performance
- Computer Skills including Microsoft Office software products
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3 years’ experience in property management
