Farm and Facility Maintenance Team - Kapaau, HI

Help maintain and expand an agroforestry project, soil building efforts and ranch infrastructure for a new non-profit foundation, dedicated to local food security, farmer support, and efforts that connect the health of our communities to the land around us. 

Farm and Ranch experience necessary, Equipment, vehicle, structure, and system maintenance required, Land management, heavy equipment operation, and construction experience preferred.

Modest off-grid housing is provided. Start date February 2023. These are full time positions. Base pay is $20/hour with consideration for experience.
