Onsite Self Storage Managers - Redding, CA

 Looking for a mature couple to live on-site at our family owned and operated self storage facility. We are located in Redding, CA.  We are a large facility. 7 acres, 19 buildings, 584  units in total.  

Responsibilities:  Working the office during business hours.  Office dutieses include but are not limited to exceptional customer service, answering phones, renting units, sending emails, and accurate cash handling.  Other duties include facility upkeep.  

Job Requirements:  Honesty and integrity, reliable and consistent attendance, a polished and professional look, alibility to pass a drug screen, no ILLEGAL drugs, ability to understand and meet the needs of our customers, computer and typing skills a must,  support our company vision and values, physical ability to complete all duties including cleaning and maintenance, work independently as well as in a team enviroment and lastly a non-smoker.

  Our facility is open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.  Except for major holidays.  Office hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Closed for lunch from 1-2.  Although you would be required to live here 24/7, you would technically be working 4 days on, 3 days off.  Attached to the office is  separate residence quarters.  Residence quarters has 3 bedroom, 2 baths and a small backyard, also12x30 size unit to use as your garage or workshop.

We understand the need to have a life outside of a work life.  My husband and I lived on site for the first 12 years,  and later became the relief.   Our goal is to fill our on-site position and continue to be the relief managers.  You would both recieve a salary, housing, internet and two weeks paid vacation.  Salary will be based on qualifications, perks to be discussed.
