Mobile Home Park Manager(s) - West Sacramento, CA

On-site Mobile Home Park Manager for a 77 space park. On duty hours 8 am - 5 pm Monday - Friday. Required to read water meters to prepare monthly rent invoices, rent collections, park building and grounds maintenance, pool maintenance, park rule enforcement.  

Position includes 2 bedroom 1 bath mobile home and requirement to answer phone on off duty hours and respond to emergencies.
