Domestic Couple sought for maintenance, security and part time Housekeeping role located near Wokingham, Berkshire at a beautiful part time family residence set in 6 acres. The principles travel frequently and are only in residence 3- 4 months per year. This is a great role for a reliable and trustworthy couple looking for a long term position.

General maintenance to include painting, DIY, care of tennis courts, swimming pool and gym, simple electrical/plumbing tasks, liaising with outside contractors if necessary and driving for the principals when they are in residence. Some gardening would be a bonus. Housekeeper will be required on a part time basis to clean and do laundry, as well as grocery shop and run errands. Family cooking would be a bonus if this is something that the candidate enjoys, but is by no means essential. The principals travel extensively and during their absence you will feed and care for their dog and act as a security presence for the main property. Couple must be pro-active and happy to work autonomously and un-supervised.

Accommodation provided is a separate bungalow with two bedrooms. Utilities included. Dependants welcome, not suitable for dogs but other pets considered. Days/Hours of work: Maintenance Mon-Fri 8am-6pm (with one hour for lunch), Housekeeper 2.5 days per week. When principals are not in residence, you will be required to feed the dog on Sat/Sun morning and evening if their daughter is not home.

Salary of around £52kgpa on offer depending on experience and hours worked. Interviews to commence right away for a soon as possible start.
