Property Managers - Vancouver, WA

We are looking for a couple to manage a 49 space family park. This includes 2 apartments, one of which will be the manager's residence. Duties will include strong customer service skills, clerical, rent collecting, handling resident complaints, market surveys and be able to operate office equipment.  Must know Microsoft Office and adaptable to learning Yardi Breeze.

The secondary person is responsible for all maintenance, grounds keeping and yard debris. Must have knowledge of general repairs and also strong customer service skills. 

This is  live on site position. House and utilities furnished plus salary.
