FEATURED JOB OPENING: ON-SITE MOBILE HOME COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT COUPLE Salary w/ NEWER Home - Yucaipa, CA

Looking for a motivated, friendly Management Team for our well maintained and desired 111 space All-Age Mobile Home Community in Yucaipa, CA. 

Duties include:

Office:  Rent billing and collection, computer and smart phone skills (including Microsoft Word, email and Excel), bookkeeping knowledge, accepting tenant applications, maintain resident files, serving legal notices and other misc. office skills. 

Maintenance:  Pool maintenance, visual inspections, minor electrical, some plumbing, cleaning, common areas, painting, meter reading, etc.

Applicants must be friendly, honest, punctual, self-motivated, have previous management experience, strong communications and customer service skills.   Applicants must have the desire to work together, must be willing to work alone and also as a team with the Park Owners and Assistant Manager and must live on-site. Applicants must have the physical ability to lift heavy objects, walk continuously, climb stairs and conduct visual home inspections.

Position is available as soon as possible.

Starting salary range for couple $3400-3700 per month and includes a very nice 2019 2 bedroom 2 bathroom manufactured home to live in.
