Campground Resort Staff - Hill City, SD

Team members must be friendly, professional and have outstanding Guest Service skills. Candidates choose from positions that appeal to their capabilities and interests, placing an emphasis on Guest Services. All duties listed are generalization and will have a cleaning aspect. Expect other duties as assigned. 

Maintenance department performs upkeep, routine and preventative maintenance on buildings and grounds. Must be Comfortable working outdoors, Mechanically inclined, performs physical labor, with knowledge in plumbing, carpentry, electrical and painting.  Additionally, pool care, propane filling station and landscapping duties as assigned.

Registration/Retail representaive provides a Welcoming atmoshpere establishing a connection with Guests via telephone, email, text and in person. Must be Friendly, have a positive attitude, high attention to detail and possess listening skills, good verbal and writing abilities, able to answer questions, resolve issues and communicate Guests' needs to other department.  Must be computer literate and capable of learning reservation programs quickly.  Ability to count money.
