Entrepreneurial couple Innkeeper opportunity running year round boutique hotel in North Conway, the "Aspen of the East" (White Mountains N Hampshire, near Boston) among most visited areas in New England. Part of larger hotel group with 3 similar locations in New England.Trip Advisor Award winning boutique 17 keys hotel (rooms only) in heart of Mt Washington Valley seeking experienced, capable, ready to go dynamic hard working Innkeepers.  Handle front desk, bookings, computer, marketing, rooms/property & grounds maintenance, oversee part time help, special projects*, housekeeping, turns/some laundry.  Seek down to Earth folks great with guests. Licensed drivers. No smoking. No cats. 

COMPENSATION: based on experience/bonuses tied to revenues, base monthly stipend, quality housing and utilities provided, 1% gross bonus, 4 weeks paid vacation. 1 acceptable breed dog allowed. 

Own vehicle required/licensed drivers. Background check required including credit check. This is a "lifestyle" job with unique aspects, experienced Innkeepers a plus.  No food service here/no cooking involved.
